Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Pinch of salt
- A handful of Cacao Nibs (optional)
- Butter to spray on the waffle iron
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together and cover and let it rest for about 10 mins. Meanwhile, heat the waffle iron.
- When it’s hot spray butter or oil and add a ladle full of batter into it.
- Cover and cook until the waffle iron indicates it’s ready.
- Take it out and serve hot with some butter on top, some chocolate or maple syrup on it, and some fresh fruits by the side.
