Hey Foodies, Yet another healthy snack recipe for you all. It’s so easy and it’s healthy too. Do give this a try.
- 1 cup grated coconut
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Euryale Ferox (Makhana)
- 5 tbsp ghee
- Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp ghee. Roast almonds for a min and take them out in a bowl.
- Again add 1 tbsp ghee and heat in a Pan. Roast Makhana for a min and take them also out in a bowl.
- In the same Pan heat remaining ghee and roast coconut for a min or 2. Turn off the flame. Mix everything altogether now and give it a good mix.
Coconut Pinjari is ready..!!
