Helloooo!!!! I hope you all are doing good.. So here is another healthy and delicious recipe for you and your babies to keep you warm in winters and also providing energy to your baby to keep you on your toes. So without wasting any time let’s start to the recipe.
- 2 tbsp bajra dalia
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp ghee
- Water to balance the texture
Take a saucepan, add ghee. Now just wait for it to melt 😆 Okay now add the dalia and keep stirring. Let’s cook 👩🏻🍳 it until it changes the color and you can smell the aroma (oh my god!! Just love the aroma; Ok we are not eating it like this) Now add the water, may be about 1/4 cup at a time and keep stirring. It gets stick to the bottom very quickly so you have to keep stirring in between. When it’s getting thick add in little water according to the consistency you need. Also add in the salt and keep stirring and cooking for about 10-15 mins. You can actually taste or may be just press the pearls and checked if it’s cooked. It should be really soft. Serve it warm. If you want to add in more ghee add now.
You can make it runny or thick according to your babies age and taste.
