- 1 small apple
- 1/2 cup wheat flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Water or milk to make batter
- Oil or butter to cook
- Grate apple and add flour, salt and baking powder to it. Give this a mix and add milk or water to make batter.
- Cover and let it rest for 20 min. Heat a pan and add a ladle full of batter. Pour some butter or oil to the sides and cover it for about a min. Flip and cook from the other side.
- Make all the pancakes the same way and drizzle some maple syrup, chocolate syrup or some honey over it and enjoy.
