Whenever I prepare this milk it reminds me of marriage occasions and it’s yummilicious food… In Marwadi this Kesar Badam and Pista Milk is served in Kulhad cups and this taste heavenly tasty. Without drinking this milk marriage food is like incomplete. So let’s quickly make this milk.
- 5 cups of milk
- 9-10 saffron strands
- 10 cashews
- 10 almonds
- 15 pistachios
- 6 tsp sugar
- Take a pan that's wide and boil milk. When the milk comes to a boil turn the flame to medium-low and add in the saffron and nuts and allow it to simmer for about 25-30 min.
- Make sure to scrape out the cream and mix it into the milk. Add in the sugar and take a boil and turn the flame off.
- Now serve the milk hot after dinner.
