- 5-6 left over idlis
- Oil to deep fry
- Chaat masala to sprinkle
1. Cut the idlis into 4 pieces. Should look 👀 like kind of fries shape.
2. Deep fry them in the hot oil until golden brown and crisp.
3. Take them out and sprinkle the Chaat masala or you can also sprinkle some red pepper powder and enjoy it with any dip.
I served it with some hot buffalo dipping sauce. But you can serve it with chutneys or ketchup or any other dipping sauce.
